Oceanfront Bed And Breakfast in Augustine Serving the Palm Coast, FL, Area
Beachfront Bed & Breakfast is located directly on the ocean. We specialize in relaxation by providing excellent accommodations in a quiet setting for those over 25 years of age who want to relax and enjoy the beach yet conveniently only 10 minutes to the historic area. In the Beach House, we offer four well-appointed rooms, each with unique views and decor. The three 2nd floor rooms: Island Oasis, Sea Breeze and Royal Palm feature oak accents, heart of pine wood flooring, and cypress walls. The Surfside Suite is on the first floor, features a Satilla tile floor and a light and bright Tommy Bahama style decor. The first floor Beach House features views of the rolling dunes and the ocean beyond, while the second-floor rooms offer panoramic ocean or garden views, both beautifully accented by breathtaking sunrises. Our property offers limited accessible features at the present time, such as a some ground floor rooms, however to do more would not be readily achievable given the specifics of the property. The Cottage is a separate building located just west of the main house and has 3 individual casually elegant rooms decorated in a coastal style. Enjoy a short stroll pass our gardens and across the boardwalk to the beautiful oceanfront. Select from the Sail Away Room, Windjammer Suite, or the Lighthouse, each of which have a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and luxurious bedding. All Cottage rooms have a private exterior entrance.
The cottage is located behind the main ocean front beach house and while cottage rooms do not have an ocean view. All rooms have access (until 8 PM) to our 2nd floor ocean front Verandah in the main Beach House which also has comfortable seating, coffee & cookies.
Please note that our property does not have elevators. If a ground floor room is required, be certain to reserve a type of room that is only located on the ground floor.
For pet-friendly accommodations or long-term stays, we have our Sand Dollar Cottage, with two one-bedroom units that adjoin the B&B property. The Sand Dollar Cottage is the only pet-friendly accommodation. Pets are not allowed anywhere on the B&B property. For details, click here.

The Beach House
Island Oasis King Suite
Located upstairs in the Beach House, Island Oasis offers spectacular direct ocean views. Wrap yourselves in luxury as timeless character blends flawlessly in one of our most sought-after suites. Your dreams will come true when you relax in our magnificent, antique, hand carved, Hemingway-style, king, canopy bed with elegant luxurious bedding, and down pillows; Along with high ceilings, rich cypress, and heart of pine floors with a separate dressing area. This room also features a refrigerator and 42’’ flat screen TV. Island Oasis offers direct access to the outstanding great room with soaring beamed ceilings and the oceanfront Verandah providing stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Sea Breeze King
Located upstairs in the Beach House with magnificent direct ocean views, Sea Breeze surrounds you with luxurious, high ceilings, rich cypress, and heart of pine floors. Surfside Suite
Surfside is located downstairs in the Beach House with a private entrance. This romantically appealing, king suite is a favorite of those who treasure privacy. A separate French door entry from the outside makes this two-room retreat your personal hideaway. Tastefully decorated in a tropical, Tommy Bahama style with beautiful Spanish tile floors, this suite has a full bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate vanity/dressing area. This suite also features a dining area with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as a 32” flat screen TV. It is oceanside with dune & garden views, and only 20 feet from jacuzzi and pool. Surfside also includes access (until 8 PM) to our 2nd floor great room and oceanfront Verandah in the Beach House which has comfortable seating, cookies, coffee, and amazing ocean views.
ACCESS DETAILS: Sidewalk from parking area to room is concrete and slate. Entry door is 36″ wide. 4″ step down into room with satillo tile floors with wide grout joint. Interior doorways are 32″.

The Cottage
Sail Away
Located in the Cottage House, Sail Away is romantic and spacious with lots of natural light. This large cottage style room relaxes your soul in its tranquil, refreshing, romantic décor of the casual elegance of Cape Cod. Sail away in your dreams in the king size, cottage style bed with luxury linens along with down pillows and enchanting electric fireplace. Relax in the cozy sitting area and enjoy a movie. This room features a private bathroom with walk-in shower, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as a 32” flat screen TV. While this room does not have an ocean view, it does include access (until 8 PM) to our 2nd floor great room and oceanfront Verandah in the Beach House which has comfortable seating, cookies, coffee, and amazing ocean views.

Windjammer Suite
Windjammer is a large yet intimate suite located in the Cottage House, with a romantic electric fireplace and two private entrances. Decorated in Cape Cod style, this cheerful, spacious, two-room suite helps you feel refreshed and renewed after unwinding in the luxury linens on the king size, cottage style bed along with down pillows. This room features a private bathroom with walk-in shower, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as a 32” flat screen TV. While this room does not have an ocean view, it does include access (until 8 PM) to our 2nd floor great room and oceanfront Verandah in the Beach House which has comfortable seating, cookies, coffee, and amazing ocean views.

Lighthouse
Lighthouse is a sheer delight in the Cottage House with its cathedral ceilings and charming decor. Serene and romantic luxury linens adorn the queen size, cottage style bed along with down pillows. Lighthouse has its own private entrance and a full bathroom with tub and shower, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. This room also features a cozy sitting area and a 32″ flat screen TV. While this room does not have an ocean view, it does include access (until 8 PM) to our 2nd floor great room and oceanfront Verandah in the Beach House which has comfortable seating, cookies, coffee, and amazing ocean views.

SAND DOLLAR COTTAGE
Sand Dollar Pet Friendly Cottage Rentals
Adjoining the oceanfront grounds of the Beachfront Bed & Breakfast in St. Augustine Beach, this private romantic cottage has two rentals which are the only rentals that are pet friendly. Both large, newly furnished cottage units feature one bedroom with new King size bed plus large living room, den, and new kitchen with stainless appliances. Open floor plan, new windows, bright and light, and washer/dryer available. Private furnished deck with shared grass yard. Beach chairs and towels available. Just a short walk to the beach beautiful white sand beach that St. Augustine is famous for.
Pet-friendly for one dog up to 35-pounds (certain breeds only and must be pre-approved and be up to date on all shots). Access to a large, shared outdoor heated & cooled swimming pool next door. Located on a quiet residential street on the ocean side of A1A Beach Blvd with no streets to cross. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Less than a mile to Publix.
As a reminder, the Sand Dollar Cottage rentals are the only pet-friendly accommodations, and guests staying in the Sand Dollar Cottage do not include breakfast, access to the Beach House, or use of the pool.
